Governing Your Use of Mold Experts Testing Services

Testing Services Agreement

By using our services, you agree:

  • All analysis conducted by IICRC-certified professionals
  • Test kits must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • We reserve right to substitute equivalent testing materials
  • Results are valid for 6 months from issue date

Client Obligations

Sample Collection

  • Follow provided collection instructions precisely
  • Store samples at room temperature before shipping
  • Label all samples clearly with collection date/time

Communication

  • Report shipping damages within 72 hours
  • Provide complete property information
  • Notify of address changes 48hr before shipment

Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

  • 3-5 business day processing
  • No PO Box shipments
  • Pre-paid return labels included

International Orders

  • Customs fees client responsibility
  • 15-20 business day delivery
  • Restricted in some countries

Testing Limitations

  • $500k professional liability insurance maintained
  • Does not assess all microbial species/pathogens
  • Client responsible for final interpretation
  • Maximum liability = 2x test kit price
  • Collection methodology affects results accuracy

Refund Policy

Damaged Goods

  • Must report within 3 business days
  • Return required for replacement
  • Photo documentation required

Returns

  • 20% restocking fee if unopened
  • No returns after sample submission
  • International returns at client expense

Complete Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Mold Experts and the client.
