Service Agreement
By using our services, you agree:
- All service personnel are ISSA-certified professionals
- Emergency services require 2-hour access guarantee
- We may substitute equivalent cleaning crews as needed
- Service fees locked for 12-month contracts
Client Obligations
Facility Requirements
- Provide safe working environment
- Secure hazardous materials
- Notify of special access needs
Communication
- Report issues within 48 hours
- Update contact information promptly
- Notify of facility changes 72hr in advance
Financial Terms
Billing
- Net 30 payment terms
- 1.5% late fee monthly
- Dispute resolution within 14 days
Cancellation
- 30-day notice for contract termination
- 50% fee for same-day cancellations
- Force majeure provisions apply
Liability Provisions
- $1M general liability insurance maintained
- Not responsible for pre-existing damage
- Client responsible for valuables protection
- Maximum liability = 3x monthly service fee

Mediation Process
- 30-day negotiation period
- AAA mediation required
